Linal Harris

After being unfulfilled in Corporate America for over 15 years, Linal left his role as a Chief Diversity Officer, at a Fortune 500 Company, in pursuit of more. He was driven by two intrinsic questions; “Am I living my best life and am I living my life aligned with my God-given purpose and talents?”

These two questions helped Harris create powerful breakthroughs in his life, all aligned with his life’s purpose to help himself and others live the best life possible. Now as the Founder & President of Insights 4 Life Coaching, he helps clients achieve massive results by helping them get connected to their purpose, possibility and power. He focuses on mindset, skillset and intentionality to assist clients with creating a life by design.

Harris is a heavily sought-after speaker for conferences and events across the country. He is gifted in custom designing presentations for specific audiences that motivate, inspire and create positive impact. Through his transformational speaking, teaching and coaching, Harris helps others unlock a world of infinite possibilities. He has spoken at Google, Nielsen, SHRM, Byline Bank, Northwestern University, Common Ground Foundation, the Executive Leadership Council and many more.

Every year Harris, hosts hundreds of attendees in Chicago from around the world for his Annual Murder Mediocrity® Summit and Experience, where powerful speakers provide the latest high performance tips and resources to take action in all areas of life.

Harris authored “Slay Your Goals: 5 Simple Tips For Achieving Your Life Goals” in 2016 to provide practical insights for people who are serious about setting personal goals they can achieve. Consequently, Slay Your Goals® has become a community, a movement and a brand that is praised by many who have experienced a new level of success in their personal lives.

Harris is also a radio show host for “Inspirational Perspective” on WVON 1690 AM, a Chicago based talk radio station, which focuses on leadership, diversity and personal development.

As a global entrepreneur and investor, Harris saw the need for African-Americans to get better acquainted with their true history and African identities, provoking him to begin leading Transformational Tours to Africa for African-Americans that would allow them to get in touch with their ancestral heritage. Harris uses the transformational power of travel to create an opening for reflection and learning with his travelers to facilitate healing, a deep level of self awareness and a fresh vision for the future. He currently leads tours in Ghana and Rwanda, multiple times a year.

He continues his inspirational work in Africa and the Chicago community by sharing his resources and volunteering his time with inner-city High Schools and youth groups, often hosting discussions with students on how to live a life of excellence. Harris is also an avid traveler. Over the last two decades he has visited and worked in over 45 countries and 350 cities all over the world, which has inspired his unique perspective on life in the 21st century.
